About the event
This class is intended for creatives at every career level.
Do you have a difficult time translating a budget for a grant application or Client review into a usable project budget?
Do you end projects and wonder where the money went?
Have you attended other classes on budgeting but still struggle with making your own project specific budgets?
Unlike other classes given by “industry experts,” this class is facilitated by a real working artist and an arts management professional.
In this Live Virtual Class, Art Beyond founders Esther Davidson and Elizabeth Palmisano will walk you through the steps to create a realistic and usable budget for project execution.
By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
- Create a usable budget
- Track expenses with ease
- Account for miscellaneous, often forgotten costs
- Understand why a timeline matters
- Identify smart cost savings
Free Resources include:
- Example Budgets
- Presentation Slides
We’ll also have dedicated time at the end of our class for Q&A. So write down your questions, grab a cold drink, and we’ll see you on Zoom!
