The Art Beyond Certified Teaching Artist (CTA) Program is a professional training opportunity designed to equip creative individuals with the skills and confidence to lead meaningful, inclusive, and impactful arts-based learning experiences.
Through a combination of comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, this program supports both aspiring and experienced teaching artists in developing their practice and connecting with opportunities to share their passion.

Meet the Program Director
This program was created and is led by Elizabeth Palmisano, an award-winning public artist and educator with 20 years of experience in curriculum development and teaching artistry.
Recognizing the incredible talent within our creative community, Elizabeth launched the Art Beyond Certified Teaching Artist Program to empower creatives to share their skills and inspire others through the arts. Her approach ensures that teaching artists—both new and experienced—are supported in building their confidence, refining their practice, and making an impact.
