About your instructors:

Esther Davidson is a lifelong learner with a diverse professional background including experience in business operations, project management, communications, and marketing. Davidson has an AAS in Business Administration and Accounting. She has worked in fast paced environments and with diverse teams often on concurrent projects ranging from $1,200 to over $1 million. She is also a Certified Construction Contract Administrator and is Quickbooks Online Certified. Not an artist by traditional definition, Davidson’s varied experience and skills bring a unique perspective to arts management.

Elizabeth Palmisano is an award-winning mixed-media installation, fiber, and public artist based in Charlotte, NC. She holds a BA with a concentration in Diversity and Cultural Awareness. Palmisano’s art career began in 2016 and a mere 7 years later she became the artist behind Charlotte's largest community-responsive public art piece, and the first of its kind #NoDaCloudwall. This award winning work is a sculptural mural spanning over 23,000 square feet. Her work is in private and public collections and has been exhibited at galleries and museums such as The Mint Museum, The McColl Center, and Bliss Gallery. She was voted “Best Visual Artist” in the QC Nerve 2020 and 2022 Best in the Nest Awards.
