About the event

  • Have you ever ended a project and wondered what happened to the money?
  • Do you create a project budget and then never look at it again?
  • Do you wish you had past project cost information so that you can use that information in the future?

In this Live Virtual Class, Art Beyond founders Esther Davidson and Elizabeth Palmisano will walk you through proven processes for tracking project expenses.

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

  • Use your project budget to track project expenses
  • Organize receipts and invoices
  • Identify and allocate often forgotten project costs
  • Understand how to interpret project budget vs actual and proft or loss

Free Resources include:

  • Budget vs Actual Template
  • Presentation Slides

We’ll also have dedicated time at the end of our class for Q&A. So write down your questions, grab a cold drink, and we’ll see you on Zoom!
